Project Management

Project management is about planning and organizing tasks to reach a goal on time and within budget. I make sure the right people and resources are in place and that everyone is working toward the same purpose.

Print management includes selecting the right paper, delivering high quality print-ready files, and working with a printer you trust. I enjoy going on location when the printing run begins. It is where I can take a close-up look at the printsheet, and the press manager can adjust if needed. Why? When the colors are balanced right, the finished print stands out the way it was meant to.
